The main objective of the comunication is to describe the use of the the newest upadate of BIOKMOD code for modeling applications in internal dosimetry from a researcher-oriented perspective. We consider that it includes innovations such as the ability to build biokinetic models without requiring the user to be an expert in mathematics. The code itself generates and solves the differential equations. Additionally, it incorporates the latest ICRP models, which are of particular interest for their use in nuclear medicine (F-18, I-131, Lu-177, etc.). The time-integrated activity and the time-integrated activity coefficients are computed using the analytical expressions, which is more accurate than the results obtained using numerical methods typically employed by other codes.
