In this work, we consider a sequence of controlled branching processes with the novelty that the control functions include a term with size-divisibility properties. The aim is to provide a set of sufficient conditions to guarantee the weak convergence of such a sequence towards a continuous-time, continuous-state branching process with dependent immigration

Keywords: Branching processes, scaling limits, weak convergence
